Web card acceptance

Please be advised that due to system maintenance, our web card acceptance service (eCommerce) will be unavailable from 0:00 am to 00:30 pm on Thursday, June 16, 2020, and transactions with CIB cards will be declined during this period.

Transactions with other bank card is uninterrupted.

Monday-Friday:9:00-17:00, Saturday-Sunday:-.

In addition, our customer service will only process e-mails in the above mentioned hours.

Please be advised that incoming emails are being processed in order of importance due to the increased volume.
